I apologize for my absence, been very busy with back to school season at wotk.
Dont be sorry, we all got busy which is why the section got overhauled. GCEA Kanto will be reopened because so far everyone but @Brettles has responded. I know he is going to be around and im sure he wants to finish that up.

I think you will like the new region layout. You won't feel as pressured if you miss a day or two.
