Kyo groaned as she came to consciousness. Blinking a few times, she rubbed her head as the other grunts spoke to her. Everyone was in White Rocket gear. What was going on? Weren't they last in Lavender Town? Or was that just a dream? She had a fleeting memory of a bird, something extraordinary, but her head in too many shambles for her to put together exactly what had gone on. Taking a deep breath, Kyo tried to collect herself. She was hungry, no, hungry wasn't the word for what she felt. She was starving. It felt like she hadn't eaten in weeks, maybe even months. Looking herself over, she appeared to have not sustained any injuries, other than a strange tattoo on her wrist. Kyo examined it for a few moments before turning her attention back to the grunts. They didn't appear to be a threat to her, but Kyo knew they probably had pokemon or some kind of weapons on them, whereas she did not.

"I'd like an explanation myself, if you don't mind. Last I remember, I was in Lavender Town on a rainy day. How did I end up here? Where are my pokemon? And where are my companions?" she asked calmly, in hopes the more friendly demeanor would make them more willing to share the information.
