I'm a whismur who's been working at my corporate job for three years now, but I've never been promoted before. My boss says it's because I'm too quiet and I lack the drive to become a supervisor, but I don't know how to be any louder. My family has no trouble being loud, but every time I talk, it comes out as a whisper. How can I earn the courage to speak up and become a better employee?
