Welcome to Mimikyu Mondays! This week... the Unova starters! They won the poll so here we go! Not sure why I always draw the grass starters as smaller. Either way, here we go! Hope you guys like them! I enjoyed drawing them!
See... the more you draw, the better you get!
These are coming along quite nicely and I like how you're going the extra mile to give them that extra detail. Like the cross-stitches on the Snivy Mimikyu and the buttons used for noses and eyes. It's a nice touch. :3
Let's hope this pays off when it comes to my comic too. :D
Thanks! I know I'm chipping the buttons, trying different stitching styles, etc. I haven't been able to yet, but I hope to look up different sewing techniques to make these look even more authentic. I've actually wanted to learn how to sew for a long time so this would certainly give me an excuse to bug my mom about teaching me this summer.
I would love to except no joke the place where I could have gotten fabrics locally just closed its doors permanently a few months ago! Maybe one day though. I do have commissions for drawings open for DA points right now but no takers there yet. I'd open it for money but I don't have a paypal yet and my parents already think I'm goofing off too much. They don't know about my current side projects.
Welcome to Mimikyu Mondays! This week... Flygon Mimikyu with a new costume and a new friend! This one spawned from a friend asking me to draw a Flygon after I told them how I usually do Flygon with four wings, not two. And then the picture like kinda half empty because of how I drew the Flygon, so I added in a Mimikyu!
I love the stitching on the wings, Noble. .u. So cute! And that adorable tail with pins. xD If I was talented with making plushes I'd really want to try one out.
Four wings is interesting, though, but it actually works. c:
4 wings actually makes a lot more sense. xD It looks like it can actually fly now! Cute Mimikyu looks like it wants a hug aww <3
Making plushies is so fun. I'd love to see some of your cute designs as plush!
