Rocky escaped from the Onix's path with the stunned Rocket grunt and placed her on the ground.

"You ready for round three loser!" one of the other grunts said to him, not caring that Rocky had just saved his teammate's life.

"I guess that's all the thanks I'm going to get" he said as he cracked his knuckles looking at the grunt.

He had no time to check whether Speedy had stolen back Rusty's Pokeball, so he rounded on the Grunt with the Pokemon he still had available.

"A proper battle time? No more dirty tricks? I look forward to seeing what you are capable of. I, Rocky, the representative of Sinnoh and Canalave accept your challenge...." Rocky waited and then sighed at the grunt's lack or response. "...This is where you introduce yourself and we conduct a polite battle. I know you are a criminal, but is a little battle etiquette really that difficult?"
