Brandon sat reading the newspaper, which was filled with stories and false reports about the cerulean incident(s), for only a few minutes when Alice came in to the pokemon center, followed shortly by Rose. Nethier seemed to notice he was there and Rose came in asking Alice "Where is everyone"?, Brandon put down his paper and walked over to them, he said aloud "Well that depends who you mean by everyone ma'dam, if you mean the Kanto Military and secret agents patrolling this city, keeping it safe, then everyone is here". Brandon followed his sentence up with a wink. He didn't want anyone who might watching them to think Brandon knew either of them, as that might draw attention. At the same time though, he wanted to let Rose and Alice know he was he was there.
