Rose didn't like any of what was happening. She thought that the group splitting up was a bad idea. The message that she had been given was still fresh in her head, but with the message being so cryptic, she had nothing she could do but to go along with Meghan's plan. She did nothing to voice her disapproval. If she managed to change Meghan's mind and something bad came of it, she wouldn't be able to forgive herself. Besides, she knew that they needed to clear their names more than anything.

She was about to wish Meghan luck when suddenly Brandon spoke up against Meghan's plan. Brandon finished speaking, and Rose realized that he was right. How could they just go along with this? This was exactly what the image of Max had told her not to do. The group needed to stay together. "Brandon's right." Rose spoke up. "We need to stay together. If you insist on going after Upgrade, let's go after upgrade, but whatever we do, we need to do it together."
