Rose could sense some kind of psychic power. She seemed a bit shaken. Not Dredd? Alice thought... then who?! Could it be Will? The waiters floating around the room looked ghoulish in the dim light. What was wrong with them?!

The ship shuddered beneath them in the darkness. Alice began to feel afraid. The ocean was so dark and hiding so many unknown terrors. Dredd was on the ship... there was nothing in sight but black water and she didn't want to end up in it. The ship shuddered again, knocking Alice unsteady. Rose sent a message to Meg.

"I think we should get out of here now!" Alice said worriedly. Even being in the water was preferable to being trapped in a sinking ship. "I don't know what's going on, but if Dredd's up there, this ship isn't going to last much longer. We should get to an open deck. If you can find a lifejacket on the way, grab it!"
