"Alice? Can you help me?" Alice heard Rose speaking from behind her.

"Oh! I'm so sorry, Rose," Alice replied. It was easy to forget that Rose couldn't see sometimes since she was always accompanied by her Chingling. Alice hadn't even realised for days when they had first met. Alice looped her arm through Rose's. "Are you feeling okay?" she asked. She wasn't sure what had happened on the ship or where Dredd had gone or what Rose had been through. But she was glad to see her in one piece.

Alice noticed the rocket girl nearby. "Is… is anyone unaccounted for?" she asked quietly.

"Um, just Meg I think," Alice replied. She was still wary of this trainer. They hadn't had a chance to discuss anything yet. But Meg had trusted her, so Alice chose to trust her now. "Glad you're okay," she said, smiling in a friendly way.
