Before Rose released her Pokemon, others went to work. In the end, she didn't even need to do anything. The machine was dropped on one of the grunts, and the other three fled. The grunt told them that he would tell them where one of Surge's rare crates was if they helped him. Alice agreed to the deal. "Is this a good idea?" Rose questioned. She was far more interested in where Meghan was. Still though, she didn't particularly care either way.

" There is a tree with a golden vine looped in the top of the trees. If you look up youll see an X. It seems easy to find but how often do you really look up?" The grunt informed them.

"Wait!" Rose called out, but the grunt was already gone. "I wanted to ask him about Meghan..." Rose said quietly. "Where is she?" She questioned, speaking to no one in particular. She watched as Alice's Pokemon destroyed the machine. If Surge was using it, Rose knew that it was best if they broke it into as many pieces as possible.
