They finally arrived at a cabin. Meg's Pokemon squeezed out of the cramped van. "I think all our Pokemon could really use a bath," Alice joked, trying to push away her nervousness about Aster. "Then again, so could we."

Police officers were present. Alice felt immediately worried, but unlike every officer on mainland Kanto, these ones didn't seem like they wanted to arrest them. One officer confirmed that they were Reese's friends and then told them that three trainers and a bunch of Pokemon were inside. Meg's Pokemon had already run ahead. When Alice reached the cabin, Meg was enveloped tightly in a group hug which made Alice smile.

"Alice Aster is upstairs and I think she had a baby." Meg joked.

"Oh Meg, thank you so much!" Alice said, close to tears. She turned to the stairs and there was Aster at the top. The Ivysaur ran down the stairs, followed by a small Bulbasaur.

"They have been glued together since Kyo and Kiara saved them." Meg explained.

Alice knelt down and Aster ran into her arms. "I'm so glad you're alright," she said, hugging the Ivysaur close. "Thank you for being so brave. I'm sorry I couldn't save you myself."

"Saur, ivy! Ivysaur!" Aster shook his head. He was just glad to be back out in the fresh air.

Alice turned her attention to the little Bulbasaur who had followed Aster. She was standing back a little, seemingly nervous. She looked to be a strange colour out in the light, lighter than Aster, and her skin had an interesting green-yellow sheen. A pleasing aroma wafted from Aster's bulb. The Sweet Scent caused the little Bulbasaur to take a few steps closer.

"Hello there," Alice said to the Bulbasaur. "Did Aster take good care of you?" she smiled, rubbing Aster behind the ears.

"You're so young, you poor thing." Alice reached out a hand and the shiny female Bulbasaur extended a vine cautiously. Alice shook it. "It's nice to meet you," she laughed before pulling Aster into a another hug. Finally... her team was whole again!

"Saur!" Aster cried happily. He nudged the Bulbasaur playfully with a vine and the little one laughed in response.

Alice got to her feet. She looked around for Kyo. There was something she wanted to say to her.

"I'm sorry for not trusting you earlier," Alice said. "We've had bad experience with the Rockets, but I should have at least given you a chance. Thank you for saving Aster. I'm glad you're part of our team." Alice tentatively reached out a hand, hoping Kyo would shake it.
