Oh, damn. So, this whole time Parasect has been level 24 but I had it listed as 25.

I think this is all fixed. I have a bit more points than I thought again, but it seems more reasonable this time. And apparently I had to spend some more points to win the battle too so here is the fixed parasect and more level ups:
