Anyway what it is is that Totodile's eyes are more like half-ovals. What you can do is use the circle tool to make the curve, but then cut the bottom half of the oval off. Like this:

Just a rough example, but it gets the picture across. :D
oh yeah i do that with the Max drawing above that. I just thought in Totodile the oval worked better :)
