Lt Smith. It was almost as if the world before the moment that Rose became the Shadow Lord didnt exist. The man looked at the kids pleading for some help.
" You think because you lived through the S.S Anne that you have any clue as to whats been going on. The S.S. Anne feels like a life time ago young ladies." He said pausing.

"The last six months have been a form of hell you couldnt fully comprehend." He growled

He looked at Kyo.

"Dont bother looking for Blue here..She is gone and good riddance to bad rubbish. Blue was insubordinate and if I see her again on these premises she'll end up imprisoned until the end of this companion. Thats the last I will say about her." He sat down at his desk flipping up some of the files on his desk.


" I dont have time to deal with any of this but I will grant you permission to see X. He is locked up securely at all times so it shouldnt be a problem. Though I wouldnt expect much out of him. He hasnt said a single word since we found him." Lt said


Letting out a whistle for the soldier outside his door to come in.

"Take them to see X. They think there is a chance that he may be connected to how they ended up in the prison camp." He said mostly trying to get them out of his hair.

The soldier nodded waving them to come with them. As they left his office Ty stood in the doorway.
" If my sister is here I am going to stick here until you can find out." Ty said folding his arms.

" You can go without me. Im staying right here until I find out about Stacy." Ty said


The soldier didnt wait long for the team before heading through the north end of the building and into the basement. There the team found armed guards standing at the entrance. They were lead down the walk way past prison cells most of which were empty. The soldier pointed them to the last cell out of sight on the left. Alice lead the way having to see if it was her fallen friend. As she approached the cell she could see her former friend sitting in the back of the cell. A scar ran down the right side of his face and his hair had white streaks in it. No longer the shadow of Dredd, Max sat silently with his eyes focused on the ground.
