The morning before. Logan followed Meghan out and the two made there way slowly through the city. Any venture into the city required time. The two stopped for sleep taking a shift. By 10 am both were rested enough to move on. They moved closer and closer until they found a safe spot within distance of the tower. Meghan's plan to monitor the ins and outs of Rose's shadow troops to figure out if she could find a flaw in the buildings security. Finding a flaw would take some time as the guards seemed to switch out constantly. They waited a few hours before there was some movement. When Rose's convoy took off in force to head out towards the forest (Prison camp everyone was at.) Meghan and Logan had there chance. The two didnt have to do to much to get past the light security guards that werent covering every blind spot in there security.

Making there way through the tower however required a little stealth. As the two got there hands on the armored gear and masks like Rose's troops Meghan was reminded of Max's army gear. Was it just by chance that no matter who had Max he was always treated like this. Were the rebels really much better? Logan suggested finding a security office which they didn with some time and the help of their shadow pokemon.

By the time Rose, Rocky and Lord Garit had returned hours had past. In that time Meghan had searched high and low for the Dark Gem. Lucky for them Rose didnt scene the two of them as she was distracted with Rocky. Meghan and Logan helped secure the trainer and backed off as they were told by Lord Garit. Lord Garit paused almost seeing through Meghan's disguise but Rocky's manor annoyed him enough to keep the lord preoccupied.


As the transformation took place it was Meghan got to the top of the roof to witness it. She sent the pictures back to the rebels knowing that her best chance of getting to Rocky or Rose was using the Rebels to distract the army. Meghan wanted to run out and help Rocky but she couldnt. She was forced to watch and study everything about this. If she hadnt done that she wouldnt have seen the Dark Gem. She also wouldnt know what exactly Lord Garit was up to. When the new Rocky emerged she fell back making her way to safe spot in the tower where Logan was waiting.

At around the time Alice and the others were getting kicked out. Meghan and Logan had made there way to where they saw Rocky's room was. Logan took the lead carefully picking the lock. Inside the room they found the bigger now changed Rocky. This Shadow Cultist was the first of his kind and his skin now reflected the a dead pal white. Rocky just stood looking out over the window.

Logan foolishly spoke first.
"holy crap man you look like a zombie...seriously you need to get out into the sun more." Logan joked not knowing what happened to Rocky

" Its a good thing we are here to save you.."


Meanwhile

Kyo, Alice and the others had captured a shadow pokemon and the first part of the process was over. As they walked Max reminded them that they didnt have much time before the Rebels were sending out the troops.
" We dont have nearly enough time..five hours be exact so we are going to need to steal a car and head right into the city. The smartest play here is to let the Rebels breach the walls of the city before making our move." (Since Max and Meghan are from my twisted head why wouldnt they think similar strategies...lol, either that or lazy GMing)


Max paused looking at Kyo and the others.
" If Meghan is involve she will already be in position. I trained near her and her team for months. I have seen her thoughts. She will already have a play in motion. Which could be a huge mistake if she goes seeking out Rose or Rocky."

The team continued throughout the night until finally they made it into the broken apart hellish One City. Max lead them to the spot he had secured long ago to shot Rose. From this building they would be close enough to see what was going on.


Meanwhile
Lord Garit knocked on Rose's door. As she welcomed him into the penthouse he looked upon his young apprentice.
" There was a transmission sent out during Rocky's transformation. I allowed this to happen because it will bring the full Rebel force to us. " He said walking to the window looking out of the destoryed One City.

"We also have a couple of unwelcome guests. Your weakened state has made your sense numb. A friend of yours is here in your tower." He smiled

"Everything you said would happen is happening and the mice are all now moving towards the trap."
