@Spiderc I'm not sure if you're aware, but you can search just the plain number. Like you can search (48a) and just (48). They are two separate locations. :] So you actually missed the exterior back at the chemical plant. There's also the exterior of Balek Manufacturing that you have yet to search. ;)

Thanks for the reminder, I'd actually forgotten about that. I think I'll stick with my current action for now and then circle back to those buildings soon

There's extreme suspicion of the Resturaunt's Owner being a Stalker from that alone. If anyone could Investigate Zamsi, that may nail the head on the coffin, so to speak, and if not, we may learn something else interesting that we could use.

We need a grass or poison type to open the locker found in (44) Silvercoal City Fire Department! Lock Mechanism {Type Lock KI8: +Grass Type+ / +Poison Type}. I agree that Zansi seems more suspicious than Rabukan, but it's still worth checking out!
