They stated on it that the one traded through GTS is counted and seen as "legit" and "battle ready." So yeah this new one is legit, but the old one is hacked for sure from what I can tell. Though honestly I don't know HOW this new one is not hacked cause it's abbot that creates the trade and makes it the best possible IVs depending on the trade you want. Certain ones are set to be shiny some not, etc. general stuff like that.
