There's still lines present in the drawing to help define things like hair, etc. It just means you don't draw using lineart. I'd recommend looking up tutorials if you really want to get into it, but for now, since you're still starting out, it's probably better to focus on mastering the basics unless you really want to experiment with something like that. You've improved a lot with your lines and stuff lately so keeping at that isn't a bad idea.
Like I've told Neo before though. For me, tutorials are tough. Don't really help too much. Because often times they expect you to know something else totally you may not. Can't really ask questions or get the guidance needed without being able to ask questions. It's tough....been that way ever since my high school days. School for me...wasn't easy.
