DarkNerd here! As some of you may or may not know, and odds are the latter, I’ve been making webcomics. As of 2 weeks ago, I’ve been doing that for 3 years. And it all started with the above series- “☆Wayne☆ teh Squirtle,” now rechristened “Wayne Squirtle.”
Currently on hiatus due to me saving up for some copic markers, this series started it all. 3 years ago I got the idea to work on a comic starring four Pokemon. The choices were all based on either favoritism or ease of drawing. The names did not have much thought put into them. Wayne was named after an actual Pokemon in my Diamond version, ☆Wayne☆. Yes, stars included.
It started with them going to Disneyland. Eventually, due to multiple technical problems and school, I had to cancel it. I did end up reviving my child, and thus resulted the current series, looking better than ever.

They’ve come a long way, from pages taken with a shaky outdated non-smartphone phone to pages with proper inking and scanners. Here’s to many more years to come of Wayne Squirtle!
Once I get my $200 markers that is.
