*Very very sorry for my lack of replies these last few days, been meaning to reply, but opportunities just seemed to slip away... *

*I see we finally have another new person joining the gcea. Steven welcome to the wonderful half roleplay half creativity based story known as GCEA. His pokemon fought hard to keep the zombie men back, but once the reinforcements of fellow zombie men arrived, the tide immediatelly turned largely against him and his pokemon. It seemed Alice was going to fail to act, even to save both their lives. He was honestly dis appointed and thinking about something he should say, when he noticed the zombies has turned to his pokemon now and although his pokemon made them pay for each and every step and bite in the form of punches, kicks, scratches, getting stung, bit and scorched, his pokemon were very quickly over powered, Brandon knew they would keep fighting to the end if given a choice, but Brandon could see his pokemon's lives were in danger and he would not let them die, he could not let them die, they had done enough for him already. He made the decision to rapidly withdraw them, he withdrew them 2 at a time, with each pokemon that began dis appearing into their ball, Brandon said a thank you, Skipper was the last one of his pokemon to be withdraw, up until the moment the ball forced inside, he was fighting the zombies every possible way he could, Brandon said a very big thank you as the fire type began to dis appear, but even as the charmeleon was being sucked into the ball he did not give up on the zombies, as his last course of action before he was forced completely into the ball and then trapped inside, he launched a huge flamethrower, it streaked through the air, hitting 2 or 3 zombies dead square in the face. As the ball closed and Skipper was withdrew completely, he quickly clipped his ball to his belt, then grabbed the syringe once more and then, gripping the scissors and syringe very tightly, he prepared himself to fight the zombies himself, if his leg werent injuried, he would have finished them all off by now, but since leg was injuries and he was on the groud, he was at an extreme dis advatange tactical wise. The zombies moved upon him rapidly now, as each one got within striking range of Brandon, he started stabbing it repeatedly the, the arms, legs, stomach, chest, neck, head wherever he could, none of it seemed to phase them. They piled on top Brandon, Brandon kept stabbing rapidly now, but as he did so now, his life flashed before his eyes, he saw his mother, his friends, school teachers, he saw the bullies who had bullied him all through his school years, he saw all books he read, all the tv shoss, video games he had watched and played, he saw every restraunt him and his mom ever ate at. He saw all this in a flash, stabbing rapidly while doing so, as he began to say a prayer asking the lord for forgiveness and to allow him into heaven, despite his sins, he was abruptedly lifted out of the pile of zombies, by none other then Kaze, as the fire type dragon moved him swiftly towards 'safety' , he stabbed any zombie that came too close. A moment or two later, as Kaze was moving in to try and save Alice, he heard her scream and looked over at her, she was being bit repeatedly by a dark type pokemon, Brandon cringed slightly as he watched on, if only she had acted when he had shouted, maybe, just maybe they would still have the upper hand. As Brandon continued to watch, Alice fainted from the pain . Moments later the man had started this all raised his hand and shot a streak of dark energy at Kaze, Brandon screamed "NOOOO!!!! KAAAZEEE LOOK O....." before he could finish his sentence, it was too late, the energy slammed into Kaze and the huge dragon began to fall down, fast asleep, as he began to fall, his hand released Brandon, having no more muscle power, he flew threw the air and landed a short distance away. As he landed, pain shot up his leg and made his eye twitch, he shoved the pain tl the back of his mind, as now he still had a fight on his hands, as now all the zombies were once more upon him, Brandon resumed his rapid stabbing, but all in vain, the zombies were simply un phased bybit, they moved in and started bitijg him, once more his life flashed before his eyes, as thenhuge pain from the bites flooded like a snuami (hope I spelled that right), he thought to himself " so this is how it ends, after all the struggle, after all he and everyone else had gone through and survived, after all he had done to stay alive and keep others alive, he was going to dis being eaten alive by zombies". As Brandon screamed out in pain and said final prayers to the lord begging once more for forgiveness, there was a sudden 'BOOM' and the ship shook and made a tremendous splittering noise. Brandon opened his eyes, after having closed them for the prayer and the end, to see no zombies, no man, no dark pokemon, he next looked at his injuried leg, it was perfectly fine! It must all have been a mind trick, he reached into the pocket that had contained his pocket knife before the nightmare began, but it wasnt there, he felt his other pocket, looked around, it was no where to be found. Brandon could hear more splitting, the sound was moving closed to him by the second, the ship must be going down! He had not a second to lose, he scrambled to his feet and looked around for anything he could use as a floatation device, he found none, but he did find a badly ripped and gnarled orange dish towel, a waiter must have dropped it, Brandon ran over, picked it up and tied it around his wrist, right as he finished doing so and was about to turn around and run to the door, the ship took another violent jerk, the motion threw him against a wall and knocked him un concious.

Brandon began to arise when he heard a voice in the distance "IS ANYBODY ELSE OUT THERE!" the voice was distant, but it was enough to began jump starting his brain back into conciousness. As he fully came to, he heard the voice scream again "BRANDON! Are you awake?" , Brandon recoginized that voice, it was Rocky! His fleyes fluttered open and he lifted his head, the first thing he noticed was he was in water, it seemed he had gotten lucky and landed on top of small but sturdy piece of debris, it had kept him afloat and kept him alive. As he took in his sorroundings and his brain began to process what had happened, he noticed the huge figure of Rocky nearby. Brandon took a deep breath and tried to call out his name "Ro....Roc.... Roocck... Ro..ck..yy, A.... r.... e... Y..y..o..o...u..u .... Al.... Alr... rig.. htt?" Brandon to get the words out, despite his teeth shattering like crazy. He immediatelly grew concerned about Hypotherma and wondered how long they had been in the water, he stuttered out to Rocky again "D...ooo... Do.... Do y...ooo..u..u.u kno...kn..ow... Ho...ww lon... Lon...g w....w..ee hav....hav..ee bee... Bee...n i... In... T...he... Wa....ttt...eeee..rr fo....fo..r?" Brandon knew the human body could survive in freezing cold water for about 15 to 20 minutes, maybe 25 minutes if you were very lucky before you began to be at an extremelly high, DANGEROUSLY high chance of getting Hypotherma. He hoped rescue would come quick, or atleast that a life boat would come and pick them up. In the meantime, Brandon tried to move as much of his body, particularly the center, over the water and onto the peice of debris as possible, once he got up as much as he could without risking the piece of debris going under, he went as still as possible, only moving his fingers and toes to try and maintain circulation for as long as possible.

Brandon replied through chattering teeth. He was cold. Too cold. This wasn't good.

"Hang in there Brandon. try to keep you fingers and toes moving to keep the circulation going. I'll try to gather enough wreckage to get you out of the water. I don't know if anyone else made it. So right now concentrate on surviving until daybreak. We can see what happens then. Just hold on!"

Rocky swam to a nearby piece of floating wreckage and dragged it back to Brandon. He then tried for a third piece but felt his strength failing. Grabbing hold of another piece of flotsam, he kicked his painful legs and floated back towards Brandon.

"That's all ... I can gather.... Too .... tired..." Rocky felt himself start to slip into sleep and struggled to stay awake. falling asleep now would be the end!

Backtrack a little. Alice was awake when the ship started to split. When Kyo, Ty and Stacy came in the couldnt even fight it as gravity pulled them towards the far wall as the ship flipped over. Brandon found the pain and reached for something to float with but was also thrown against the wall. Alice tried to push off the wall but the angle of the ship. She noticed Rocky come sliding in right at them and the imact from Rocky and the fall chairs knocked out the team. Kaze woke as the team was now all pressed against what was the bottom of the ship. As it started to shake Kaze broke free from the uncouncious trainer and flew up letting out a Hyper Beam to blow a huge hole in the ship. The explosion flooded water in and the flying type dove down lifting the group two at a time to get them off the ship. Then went back until the whole team was out safely. The worn out Kaze finally gave out and landed on a big piece of wood. Kaze was still awake but to tired to do antyhing as the team started to drift apart.

The Charizards tail flared up again when he heard someone new appear. It fought to its feet and started to take flight. When a trainer appeared kaze let out a growl but stopped as the trainer didnt show any signs of aggression.

"It's okay girl..I am not here to hurt you." The boy said.

Another Charizard flew down with a trainer on its back. Kaze inspected the trainer before relaxing.

He jumped down stepping on the huge piece of plastic Kaze was on. After checking her out he reassured the fire type.

"Now its time to help your friends." The boy said pulling out a pokeball.

He called out Blastiose and Snorlax and sent them into the water.

"Lax, Blasty go out and find her friends."

Meanwhile

Stacy slowly woke up letting a weak gasp. "Where am I." She said lifting her head feeling around. Alice calmed the trainer to stop her from flipping them over. As Alice tried to calm her she looked out into the water and noticed pokemon swimming around them.

Rocky fell sleep trying to stay out of the water. When he noticed he wasnt alone in the water he shuffled to get on top of piece of plastic. He scrambled to get on the piece of plastic as Tentacool appeared all around him and Brandon.

It all happened so fast, too fast. Kyo had almost no time to recover. It had been one thing after another. First the tentacruel, then Ty, then Stacy, and pretty much all of hell had broken lose as the ship did.

Kyo's head felt like following the ship's lead as she rubbed her eyes. She was currently holding onto some word for dear life when something, or rather, someone, caught her eye. It was Ty! Kyo kicked her legs and swam over to the boy. Looping her arm around him, Kyo made sure Ty's head stayed above water so he could breathe. She scanned the nearby area and spotted another piece of the wreckage a ways off. Kyo gave Ty the piece she was holding onto then let go.

Kyo immediately sunk under the water and began to swim towards the other piece. She broke the surface near to the piece. It was within arm's reach. Grabbing hold of it, Kyo swam back to Ty's side and put a hand on him again. She wasn't about to let anything happen to him while she could do anything about it. After all, it was her duty to protect Kanto and this boy lived in it, as far as she knew.

Kyo began to scan the water nearby for signs of anyone else that may have survived the wreckage. Kyo could only tread water for so long and while this wreckage helped keep her afloat, she'd lose her stamina the longer she stayed here. She needed to find someone, anyone, or find the shore. Either way, both she and Ty would be in a better situation than they currently were.

Kyo tried to paddle to safer spot. When the make shift raft started to bounce on the water Kyo feared something big was coming for her. She tried to paddle back as a wave lifted up the raft up almost flipping it over. On the other end of the wave.

Kyo braced for anything.
"Lax?" the snorlax said smiling at Kyo and Zak.

"Lax lax!" it said telling Kyo to bring Zak and jump on his back.

Kyo felt herself almost submerged as she and Ty braced a huge wave. She mentally prepared to face the tentacruel or some tentacool, and didn't even bother to mask her surprise when the result turned out to be neither. It was a Snorlax. Kyo watched it carefully before realizing it wanted her to place Ty on its back. Kyo wasn't one to ignore Pokemon, as they often knew more than the people around them. Kyo swam to the Snorlax and did as she was told, putting Ty on the Snorlax's back before climbing on herself.

Snorlax took the two and swam towards a small boat that was sitting just outside of the wreckage. Officer Jenny waved the flashlight guiding Snorlax to boat. Officer Jenny then pulled up Kyo and Ty. She helped get Ty to the cabin below the deck and wrapped him in a towl. She also handed Kyo a towl

"Thank goodness you are okay!" She said

"Please wait here."

Jenny looked at Lax
"Tell Reese these two are safe and to keep em coming. Ill be waitin right here until back up arrives."

Lax nodded and turned around to head back out to sea.

Kiara's team was not nesserarlly needed to move Meghan. Arbok had not problems moving her trainer around. However the tired Snake let the pokemon assist when she realized just how tired she was from the long swim.

As they reached the pokemon center. A crowd had formed people outside all seemed to be chatting about the ship wreck.

"We need to get out there!"

"Where is officer Jenny!"

"Did you see that crash!"

" We just barely escaped thanks to some young trainers." an older couple said.

" I honestly have no idea what happened?" A man said his hands still shaking

As the walked past to head into the Gem Isle Pokemon Center was filled with passengers who had been lucky enough to get off the ship.

"My pokemon!"

"Yeah mine too..."

"You need to find my Magby!"

" My poor leafy!" A girl cried

Kiara and her team followed by Arbok and Meghan moved past them to reach the nurse who was swamped with frantic trainers. Kiara just moved past the people without saying a word and pointed to Meghan

"Heal her."

she said bluntly.

The nurse recognized the Kiara
"Young lad..." She paused looking at Meghan.

"Oh deer! We need a stretcher.." The nurse called out making her way over to check on Meghan.

"What happened ?" She asked looking at the Kiara and the pokemon.

Frogadier pointed out the burns

"Frog Frog A dier!" It said pointing out the sting marks from Tentacool.

Nurse Joy and a fellow Nurse put Meghan on the stretcher and took her into the back. Arbok, Frogadier and Noibat followed.

Another Nurse came up to Kiara.
"Young lady is this your friend? Do you know who this happend or what her name is ?"

As Stacy came to, Alice tried to calm her down. "Don't move too much," she croaked, as the wood rocked beneath them. "We're okay..."

Feeling had started coming back to her freezing arm but it was still stiff. Now that she was alright, she began to feel uneasy being out on the black water. She didn't like the ocean at all and at night it was truly terrifying. Darkness in every direction and a whole world below her with creatures happy to swallow her whole. She did her best not to think about it.

Dim red lights were scattered around the water, both near and in the distance. Alice recognised the Tentacool and hoped they would keep back. The last thing she needed was a sting. One of them started floating too close to their makeshift raft for Alice's comfort. She unzipped her bag a smidgen using her good arm and her teeth, and then reached in and grabbed the first Pokeball she could find. She judged it carefully. Sending out a heavy Pokemon onto the raft or into the nearby water would upend them for sure. This Pokeball felt sort of old and dusty somehow. Alice opened it, hoping she was right about who was inside.

Sure enough, Plume appeared in a flash of red. It was so bright it blinded Alice for several seconds. "Ack!" the Archen cried loudly before Alice could shush her.

"Plume, take down that Tentacool!" Alice said.

Plume looked around uncertainty. There were no rocks or anything for her to throw, and she couldn't fly. After a moment of thinking, she leapt from the raft, causing it to bob violently for a second. She landed on the semi-submerged Tentacool and began to scratch at it and peck at it with her beak. The Tentacool tried to throw her off but Plume clung tight to its jelly-like skin.

"That's enough," Alice said, when she could see the Tentacool's flailing slow down. It was tiring rapidly. Alice threw a Pokeball as Plume jumped back onto her shoulder, rocking the raft again. It could be useful to have a water type out here...

Rocky managed to climb out of the water onto the floating debris with Brandon. The darkness was constricting around them. The unfamiliar stars of the Kanto region were no help. Rocky had no idea where he was or how to get out of this.

A splash sounded out to the left of the makeshift raft. Rocky looked out but didn't see anything. Suddenly a sharp pain shot through his leg as a tendril stung him from behind. An evil chuckle sounded in the darkness. "Ten ten ten tentacool!"

Rocky curled up into a ball to try to protect himself from any other tentacool attacks. He picked up a piece of wood to use to protect himself and Brandon. He watched shapes circling him in the darkness and tried to shrink by pulling his arms and legs close as he hugged himself and waited for sunrise.

Rose realized that there was a Pokemon with her. At first she was startled, but she quickly realized that this was Meghan's Pokemon. Something about the Pokemon's presence was reassuring, but it didn't make her feel that much better about her current situation. "How did you get here?" She questioned the Pokemon. Do you know where Meghan is?

Suddenly she heard bubbling near her and she feared the worst. She recoiled slightly as the Pokemon let out a noise, but this one didn't seem so aggressive like the others had.

Rose asked Gliscor to press the Pokeball against the Honedge, since she couldn't see where it was. Now that that was settled, she had much more important things to worry about. Amirah, Blitz, and Ruby were all missing. To top it all off, it was obvious no one else was there. "Help!" She shouted as loud as she could, hoping that the others weren't too far. If that didn't work, she could try the Poketech, but she didn't even know if it was still working. Her anxiety slowly began to increase.
