Introducing Mega Rayquaza! This Mega Pokemon comes with a new Ability, Delta Stream. With it, it creates strong winds that make weather changing moves such as Sandstorm, Hail, Sunny Day, and Rain Dance fail and abilities such as Sand Stream, Drizzle, Snow Warning, and Drought won’t activate. The strong winds also make it to where moves that are super-effective on any Flying-type Pokemon will only do normal damage to any Flying-type. Delta Stream also lasts forever, as long as Mega Rayquaza is still in battle. When it Mega Evolves, almost all of its stats gets a boost. Mega Rayquaza is the only Pokemon capable of using the move Dragon Ascent, a powerful Flying-type move that deals massive damage and lowers the user’s Defense and Special Defense stats. It was also revealed that Rayquaza is somehow connected to Mega Evolution.
