Quick Feet (Hidden) – Speed is increased by 50% when induced with a status (Burn, Poison, Sleep, Frozen & Paralysis). If Paralyzed, the speed drop is ignored.

Jolteon’s really interesting as it’s been described in the original RBY as having very pointy furs. Yet, I think this plushy below ignores that for good reason

Though this one is my personal favorite. Hand drawn, simple pieces. A Jolteon after a afternoon tea I bet. Also, Jolteon’s face rounds out as he/she becomes happier (/sarcasm). This piece just screams kawaii in my mind
