Look what’s new at the Pokémon Center!
Several new collections have arrived at the Pokémon Center! For starters, there’s the new First Partner Power collection starring the final forms of our Alolan region friends. The collection includes Poképlushes and pins for all three starters, as well as a fitted hoodie, relaxed fit crewneck t-shirt, a tote bag, and a fleece throw. So, if you haven’t already, now is a great time to finish out the evolutionary line for your Alolan starters!
Speaking of the Alolan starters, guess who have now joined the ranks of the many gallery figures? That’s right! Using ember, leafage, and water gun, Litten, Rowlet, and Popplio are now available as cute little gallery figures for you to enjoy!
Next up, for you TCG fans out there, the Crimson Invasion is on the horizon! Are you prepared for what’s to come? A new Crimson Invasion collection has been released! This collection includes two themed decks, one for Hydregion and one for Kommo-o. There are also two 3 pack booster packs featuring either a Lucario or Decidueye promo card. Lastly, to round off the collection, it includes a 36 pack booster pack display, the Elite Trainer Box, and a Pokémon Card Album with Silvally and Guzzlord on the cover. Also, while not included in the collection, a sleeved booster pack containing ten cards can also be purchased.
In other TCG news, a few other packs have been released alongside the Crimson Invasion. First, the Pokémon TCG: Shining Legends Collection including Zoroark-GX has been released. It includes one full-art foil promo card featuring Zoroark-GX, one foil promo card featuring Zorua, one full-art oversize card featuring Zoroark-GX, five Pokémon TCG: Shining Legends booster packs (each pack contains 10 game cards and 1 basic Energy), a Zoroark coin, and a code card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. Next, two premium Ultra Beast collections have been released: Pokémon TCG: Ultra Beasts GX Premium Collection Featuring Buzzwole and Xurkitree and Pokémon TCG: Ultra Beasts GX Premium Collection Featuring Pheromosa and Celesteela. Each pack includes eight Pokémon TCG booster packs of ten game cards and one basic Energy each, two foil promo cards featuring their respective GX Ultra Beasts, foil oversize card featuring the Ultra Beast Pheromosa-GX or Buzzwole-GX, an awesome playmat showing off the Ultra Beasts, a cool Pheromosa or Buzzwole coin, and a code card for the Pokémon TCG Online.
Featured this week is the Legendary and Mythical Pokémon Collection. This collection features every Legendary or Mythical Poképlush that has ever been released, from Sleeping Jirachi, to Shiny Tapu Koko, to the recently added Ho-oh and Lugia. Think you’ve caught every single legendary and mythical Pokémon there is to have? Well be sure to check again since a new friend is lurking in the shadows nearby! Marshadow merchandise is also now being featured at the Pokémon Center. The latest Mythical Pokémon now has a Poképlush, a pair of mid-calf socks, a hoodie, and a set of pins for it.
In addition to the other pin news that has been mentioned, four other pin sets have been released. These sets are: Type:Null and Silvally, Rockruff and Midday and Midnight Lyncanroc, Lunala and Solgaleo, and Stufful and Bewear. They are definitely some adorable pins that are worth snatching up while you can. Also in the vein of new releases, some new pieces of Ho-oh and Lugia merchandise have been released alongside the new Poképlushes. Called the Mosaic Guardians set, this collection features a fitted hoodie, a tote bag, and a 26 oz. water bottle. Lastly, if you’re already feeling the Christmas spirit, even if it isn’t even Thanksgiving yet, the Pokémon Center has got you covered with a new holiday mug! It has Pikachu dressed as a delibird on one side, along with holiday themed Rowlet, Popplio, Lucario, and Snorlax on the other. So get in the Christmas spirit and grab this cute little mug while you can.
Finally, in celebration of the American release of the new 20th Anniversary Pokémon Movie, several Pikachu cap themed merchandise has been released. We talked about the Pikachu wearing a Trainer Hat several issues ago, and now joining it are several other pieces of merchandise alongside a promotional deal. A Pikachu Wearing Kanto Trainer Hat 15 Oz. Clear Mug as well as a Pikachu Wearing Kanto Trainer Hat Pokémon Pins (2-Pack) have made celebrating the 20th anniversary so much easier with easy on the go portability! To sweeten the deal, there’s a new promotional offer in celebration of the movie. While supplies last, customers will receive one 3-card promo pack per $25 spent on Pokémon TCG products at the Pokemon Center. So, for those of you like me that weren’t able to attend screenings of the movie, now is your chance to get one of the six Ash’s Pikachu cards while supplies last.
