Both approved however be careful with telepathy. I'd almost go as far as to say when you use it, speak to the player of a character or myself for NPCs to know what is actually going through their head as opposed to just making up thoughts which could contradict the story.

Also, you are both allowed to get contest starters, assuming you write the story.
