I noticed you updated your journal grading points from 81 to 99! But you forgot to add those extra 18 points to your Total Points Earned. Which means,

Total Points Earned: should be 589
And therefore Current Points: should be 226!

With regards to eggs, you don't need to pay the Pokemon's points once they hatch, you just have to use one of your Pokeballs to catch it. :) @brandon_g And just in case you didn't know, your Weedle hatches at level 5 :) Approved!
