Is that your Torchic and Gible from GCEA? they look so good! lots of detail in the background, and the shading on the pokemon is very nice! the way you did the shadows is cool. I have no skill at all when it comes to markers, these are WAY better than i could do XD

Yup, those are Lucians pokemon! Im almost out of blue after the last picture I drew of Lucian and hte hoothoot. I had to add some green into this picture !

Dash and Rotom

That's really awesome Dredd. I think you get even better at humans every time! The light source is awesomely done, especially the blue glow on the face. And Rotom is perfect!

I the biggest problem is they both look like robots..lifeless expressions!

Well it just looks like a serious moment. Maybe if you added more detail to the eyes they would seem more alive? I dunno.

I LOVE that picture, Dredd! O: The style is awesome and the colours are great. I love the shading on the rotom as well. And I don't think they're expressionless at all! The look on Dash's face is shock, like he's not expecting it to be there. I like the rotom's face! XD It's cute! Maybe curling the smile a little bit will give it more of a happy/cheeky look. But otherwise, don't worry about it. xD I love how you do awesome things with paint!

Thank you both for the great feedback. So more work is needed at least on Rotom's smile and maybe in my next drawing I can use smaller eyes and have eyebrows help with the expression. I was happy with how Rotom turned out!

No worries, Dredd! :] And yep, the mouth, but I don't think anyone's eyes needed to be smaller. xD I think the rotom, if it was looking more at Dash, it would have a bit more expression. Eyebrows do help. XD Yeah, you should be!

Okay, I found a little inspiration and I started working on yet another GCEA drawing. This piece is part of a scene. It is center piece of the scene and I thought it could stand on its own.



Hopefully I can get the other one to be decent and the pick should turn out good.

That is one beat up Aggron. You might want to be careful on the steel, though, unless you want it to look like it is heavily dented from battle, and the shading on the steel doesn't give it much of a shine. Still, loving the more realistic, dinosaur look, and I certainly wouldn't want to go up against it X_X
