Pokemon has announced that they will be teaming up with McDonald’s in order to distribute Hoopa to US trainers.
You can start downloading Hoopa on November 27th thought December 23rd. They will be using Nintendo Zone Wireless which can be found at McDonald’s locations throughout the US.
Hoopa will be at level 50 and know the moves Hyperspace Hole, Psychic, Astonish, Nasty Plot. It will have the Magician ability which allows Hoopa to take the hold items from your opponent’s Pokemon. If you have Hoopa in your Pokemon OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire game then you can retrieve the Prison Bottle which will allow Hoopa to transform into Hoopa Unbound. This changes Hoopa from Psychic/Ghost to Psychic/Dark.
Below are the details to retrieve Hoopa from McDonald’s from Nintendo Zone Wireless.
To get Hoopa:
1. Make sure your Nintendo 3DS system is connected to Nintendo Zone.
2. Select MYSTERY GIFT.
3. Select RECEIVE GIFT, then YES.
4. Select GET VIA INTERNET, then YES.
5. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive Hoopa!
6. Be sure to save your game.

To help kickoff the Hoopa distribution, McDonald’s will offer Pokemon toys and Pokemon TCG cards with their Happy Meals. These Happy Meals will include one of eight toys of: Pikachu, Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Lugia, Rayquaza, Mega Latios, Wobbuffet, and Hoopa. The TCG cards seem to be reprints of the current cards that are in rotation of Treecko, Lotad, Torchic, Staryu, Mudkip, Pikachu, Electrike, Rhyhorn, Meditite, Marill, Zigzagoon, and Skitty.

The Pokémon Company International and McDonald’s USA announced today that one of the world’s most popular entertainment franchises has partnered with the world’s leading food service provider to kick off the latest Happy Meal promotion. The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Happy Meal will be available at participating McDonald’s locations in the US and Canada from Friday, November 27 to Wednesday, December 23.
The Happy Meal will include one of eight Pokémon figures from the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire video games: Pikachu, Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Lugia, Rayquaza, Mega Latios, Wobbuffet, and the newly discovered Mythical Pokémon Hoopa. In addition to the toy, plus one of 12 Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards, fans in the United States will also be able to receive the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa for their Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire video games by bringing their game and Nintendo 3DS family system to participating McDonald’s locations and connecting to Nintendo Zone.

The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Happy Meal promotion will be supported by McDonald’s through a fully integrated marketing campaign that includes television advertising, in-store POP, and online activities at HappyMeal.com. Fans who purchase a Pokémon Happy Meal can also unlock games and content via the McPlay app available on the App Store and Google Play.
