Summer is almost over and school is just around the corner. There isn’t much time left to enjoy the joys of summer. That simply means we need to hurry to the beach and have some fun. This fun could include playing in the sand, swimming in the ocean or EVOLVING YOUR RAYQUAZA EX INTO DRAGON M RAYQUAZA EX AND SHOWING YOUR OPPONENT’S ACTIVE POKEMON TO HEAVEN WITH DRAGON ASCENT!
Ahem…Maybe playing a card game at the beach isn’t a normal (or recommended) thing to do but it can be fun. I just hope the panelist of our newest addition doesn’t try this anytime soon!
The BeachCast will now be spotlighted in Podcast Central! This is a monthly podcast hosted by PokeBeach! This podcast features the writers for PokeBeach’s TCG articles who have all gained a few accomplishments during their TCG career. They hope to share their knowledge and skills with many listeners to help build strong players within the Pokemon TCG.

There is some talk about Regionals and how Blue was able to amazed his father with the world of competitive Pokemon and how he won’t be beating up 12 year old kids. There is a recap of the final match of the GBA League with Old Man Tup and how one turn can lose you the game. Make sure to listen to the very end!
Gen 0 Podcast: Mewtwo the Brooding Awakened– Doug and Sean move forward with the podcast by going back! To watch “Mewtwo: The Legend Awakened” short. They had hopes to see some loose ends being tied up in this prequel short but it only just made things a bit more complicated as a champion with Eeveelutions joins the picture. How much brooding can one podcast take. Also, what is up with Pokemon hunters and stupid capturing technology? Will this question finally get an answer here? Maybe not but go ahead and listen to find out!
Pikapi Podcast: Manly Tears!– Mako finally gets her wish as Ash and friends finally get to an episode where a gym battle can take place! A battle against Chuck should be an easy gym battle for Ash but Mako will find out that things do not go as planned. There is a lot of eating and this anime episode may explain why Chuck is a little bit on the chunky side. The Rocket Trio will surely find this out after meeting Chuck’s wife. Either way, Mako can tell that Chuck may not be the best person for Ash to be around. After all, the boy doesn’t need to pick up any bad habits. Lastly, we may enter the seas of filler but for now lets enjoy a great episode filled with a battle and lots of tears!
P.U.L.C. Podcast: Underappreciated Pokemon– Thatch and Viger are joined by the cute and Italian the Fluffiest Whimsicott to talk about under appreciated Pokemon! Who has the most Pokemon who wish to have more love in their list? Also learn that Whimsicott may come from the past based on how much she knows about Thatch’s history with the show. Was Whimsicott there in 2007 watching Thatch? For those who know Italian, you will hear a bonus as Whimsicott shares her thoughts about Thatch’s idea for laser tagging on an oil rig.

Discover the process of making a Pokemon fangame and the thoughts that go behind them. Get up close and personal with these creators as they are asked questions about their games! If you love Pokemon fangames then you should really give this episode a listen! Maybe you recognize some of the fangames being featured in this podcast such as Pokemon Insurgence and Pokemon Ethereal Gates. Also, there is no actually punching of fangame creators in this podcast.
Podcast Monsters: The Song of Jigglypuff– Podmon Trainers Andrew, Gab, and Kacie hit the road this week with super fan Mike Fallek. This time they find a city that literally never sleeps at the end of a desert and over a hill. Kind of strange but this happens a lot in Kanto apparently. Many questions are brought up such as where does the Rocket Trio get the money and items for their plans. This podcast also features an interesting theory from Mike that is more based in writing then fan speculation concerning the Pokemon anime. Is Ash really the hero in a world filled of villains and corruption? Listen to this episode to find out!
The Dex! Podcast: First Looks- The Dex! Crew are back with a brand new episode! They have a lot of news to share which includes the reveal of a mysterious and possibly new Pokemon! What could it be? What do they think it could be? This proves to be the perfect lead-in as The Dex! Crew talk about the Top 5 best reveals for new Pokemon prior to the generation that they are part of. Could this new Pokemon found at the end of the latest movie be one of them? Only time will tell but while you wait then make sure to give this episode a listen!
