PIRN, The Pokemon Internet Radio Network, is hosting a petition to release more Pokemon anime music in the United States and hopefully worldwide. PIRN wishes to do a few things according to their petition.
Aims of this petition:
This petition has several goals, including:
- Initiating the production of new Pokémon pop and orchestral music.
- Making older Pokémon music available in various forms.
- Increasing exposure of Pokemon music throughout the United States and around the world.
The last release of Pokemon anime music was back in 2006 with the Pokemon X soundtrack. This album was release to celebrate Pokemon’s tenth anniversary and it was distributed via iTunes and on CD. PIRN wants to change that and make the recent music produced by the anime available for Pokemon fans to purchase. Some of the music mention in this petition includes Battle Cry (Stand Up!) (Dub Opening 12) and Make a Wish (Jirachi: Wish Maker).
